Our Account request form has been designed to collect all relevant information for us to set up an account facility for you &/or your company.
If you complete the form in full we will not need to obtain any further information from you to make a decision on whether we will be able to provide an account facility for you.

Company or individual?

We can set up an account for more than one person to use. You may like the account to be available for the use of a family or maybe you are a facilities manager of a company looking for a corporate facility for use by certain employees or management. Whatever your needs, we can tailor the account facility to suit you.

Invoice frequency

We will invoice you at the end of each month. we will usually send your invoice via email unless you request us to send this by post. This option can be selected by choosing this option on the application overleaf. Our invoices are sent in pdf format and can be opened with an Adobe reader which can be downloaded from the Adobe website.
